"Are they not all ministering spirits, sent
forth to minister for them who shall be
heirs of salvation?" Hebrews 1:14
The Bible tells us that angels are minister-
ing spirits, sent out to render service for the
sake of those who will inherit salvation.
Angels are powerful! In fact a single angel
destroyed the mighty Assyrian army.
"And the LORD sent an angel, which cut
off all the mighty men of valour, and the
leaders and captains in the camp of the
king of Assyria." 2 Chronicles 32:21
Angels delivered God's judgment and
carried His messages to people like Gideon
and Elijah, Mary and Peter. Their appear-
ances produces terror making it necessary
for them to say, "Fear not."
They are God's servants, always available
to do His will.
They are not weak as some artist picture
them to be, but strong, with power beyond
imagination.
God can do anything, and His angels are
more powerful than any enemy. Trust in
them today!
