The Healing Name of Jesus

The name of the Lord Jesus Christ signifies healing.

There is authority in His name.

Jesus said, "Most assuredly, I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in My name He will give you.
Until now you have asked nothing in My name.
Ask and you will receive, that your joy may be full"
John 16:23,24.

Whatever we ask the Father in the name of Jesus, He will give us.

To ask in Jesus' name means to ask according to His will, to ask as He would ask.

The earthly ministry of Jesus reveals that His will is regarding sickness and disease to be healed.

He never turned away anyone who came to Him for healing, but healed them all.

So then, when we ask for healing in the name of Jesus, we are asking as He would ask and in agreement with His will.

When the disciples healed, they did it in the name of Jesus. The name of Jesus is wonderful.

The Bible says, "Your name is ointment poured forth" in Song of Solomon 1:3.

"Whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved, Romans 10:13

"Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved", Acts 16:31.
