Dedicated to the Lord Jesus Christ Who loved us, gave Himself for us, and washed us from our sins in His own Blood; and to the Church, which is His body.

Jesus' Body

Luke 22:19 "This is my body which is given for you."

The "breaking" of bread is actually the giving of bread.

The body of Jesus was given on the Cross, but it wasn't broken.

"Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but He delivers them out of them all. He guards all his bones; not one of them is broken"
Psalms 34:19,20.

This is fulfilled in John's account of the Crucifixion.
"But when they came to Jesus and saw that He was already dead, they did not break His legs. . .
For these things were done that the Scripture should be fulfilled, 'Not one of His bones shall be broken'"
John 19:33 and 36

Jesus bore all our afflictions for us, but He was not broken by them, for the Lord delivered Him from them all.

Because He has been delivered, He is able to minister healing and wholeness to us.

Many have experienced this at the Lord's Table.
