The Bible says, "Therefore by Him let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to His name"
Hebrews 13:15

The Greek for 'giving thanks' means to confess, or agree with.

When we call on the name of the Lord, giving thanks to His name, we are exercising faith, agreeing with who He is and how He has revealed Himself.

In this way, the names of God become paths to healing.
