Dedicated to the Lord Jesus Christ Who loved us, gave Himself for us, and washed us from our sins in His own Blood; and to the Church, which is His body.

Redeemed from the Curse

"Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, "Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree"), that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus."
Galatians 3:13,14

Christ has redeemed us from every curse of the Law.

We find a list of the curses in Deuteronomy 28:15-68,which includes: plague, comsumption, fever, inflammation, severe burning fever, tumors, scab, the itch, madness, blindness, confusion of heart, severe boils on knees and legs (from the soles of the feet to the top of the head), extraordinary plagues, great and prolonged plagues, serious and prolonged sickness, all the diseases of Egypt.

Verse 61 tells us that the curse includes every plague and sickness not specifically mentioned by name.

Jesus redeemed us from the curse by becoming a curse for us.

By His death on the Cross He cancelled every aspect of the curse.

Sickness, disease and pain have no right to come on us.

Jesus has freed us to receive every benefit and blessing God promised Abraham in Deuteronomy 28:1-14.
