Communion Equals Forgiveness and Healing

When we take Communion, we receive an
outward sign of an inward reality.
The cup is a sign showing forgiveness of
sins and the righteousness of Christ that
belongs to us by His blood.
Same with the bread is a sign showing
that healing belongs to us by His body.

Forgiveness and healing go together,
just as the body and the blood go
together.
"Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget
not all His benefits:
Who forgives all your iniquities,
Who heals all your diseases"
Psalm 103:2,3
Without the forgiveness of sins, there
could be no healing of diseases.
