The Lord Our Shepherd

The Lord Our Shepherd has prepared
a table for us, even in the presence of
our enemies.
It is the place where all our needs are
met.
It is the place where our cups run over.
It is the place from which the goodness
and mercy of God follows us all the days
of our lives.
It is the place where we can dwell in the
house of the Lord forever.
It is the place of our blessings.

We can take our place at this table.
For as often as we eat the bread and
drink from the cup, we proclaim His
death until He comes back.
It is for us that He came.
It is for us that He died.
It is for us that He is coming again.

This is our victory in Jesus Christ
over sin, sickness, poverty and every
thing that stands against us.
